Mums for Memory™ is AOS & Friends Care annual fall fundraiser, in 2024 being held on Oct. 3rd. This year we will be providing the opportunity for either a drive-thru pick-up from 4 to 5 pm, or from 5-7 pm during the Aging Outreach Services 25th anniversary celebration event!
Donations and Sponsorships for 2024 are being accepted now!
For your donation of $30, we will purchase a mum in honor or memory of someone that has experienced dementia, a caregiver, family member, or friend.
To order Mums: Click Add to Cart below the picture. Then when the page refreshes, please scroll down to see your cart. You can change the quantity if you wish to order more than one mum. After you pay please wait to be returned to a page form where we ask that you supply the name(s) of the person(s) you are acknowledging with your mum, and whether you want to donate or pick-up the mum(s).
NOTE: Although you can pay with PayPal, you do not need a PayPal Account to check out. When you see the PayPal page, please click on the button at the bottom that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” and it will take you to a screen to pay by Debit or Credit Card.
