AOS & Friends Care (AOS&FC) provides funds to support the direct care needs of financially qualified individuals. Applicants must submit an application and be approved by the AOS&FC Board of Directors.

Personalized Music Program
It has always been universally understood that listening to one’s favorite music is enjoyable and can lift one’s mood. However, during the past few years we’ve come to better understand that therapeutic value music can have on those with dementia.
AOS&FC offers a program which provides a player loaded with personalized songs for qualified individuals. To learn more, click here
Companion Robo Pets Program
Studies have shown the health benefits pets provide, and someone coping with dementia may respond positively to time with a therapy dog or life-like companion pet.
In that spirit, AOS&FC provides a companion robo pet program, providing a JOY FOR ALL Companion Pets made by Hasbro, (either a cat or dog) to qualified individuals. These companion pets “are designed to bring comfort, companionship and fun to elder loved ones. With realistic fur and pet-like sounds – and sensors that respond to petting and hugs with familiar pet-like actions – Companion Pets deliver a soothing, joyful experience that inspire smiles, laughter and fond memories for people of all ages. Community Awareness & Education
AOS&FC believes that it will take a community effort to offer the support and understanding that those with dementia and their caregivers need and deserve.
AOS & Friends Care Memory Cafe
